R Paniagua Inc.(RPI), will present the 12th Annual Tropical Music Festival, which presents the finest multi-cultural caribbean music performers FREE for all New Yorkers at New York's #1 Latino Beach, Orchard Beach. Every year partners with Spanish Radio to present the top Reggaeton, Hip-Hop and Tropical performers at Ochard Beach every Sunday during Summer 2008.

RPI, a company that produces numerous sports and cultural events through the U.S. and the Caribbean presents this musical extravaganza every sunday from 12 Noon to 5pm, free for thousands of New Yorkers.
